Another reason we differ is we offer a mobile service – we can come and see you at work or at home, even outside of normal business hours. We can meet you in our office in Belrose, but we also meet with our clients out of business hours as we understand that people work 9-5 and can’t always get away to see their lawyer. All our lawyers live and work local to the office, and we provide our services over the Northern Beaches Sydney and on the North Shore.
We understand that people have other commitments which make it difficult to see their lawyer, so we communicate by email, phone and video conferencing. Seeing you in your own environment can help us understand your legal issue a bit better – for instance, seeing your workplace can help when fighting your case in Court, or seeing your home and family situation can help when drafting your will. You can also make an appointment to see us in our offices if that is more convenient.
We have spent many years inside courtrooms and are well-rounded legal advisors. Whilst many lawyers will tell you that you will win your case, “winning” is not necessarily getting a judgment in your favour. Quite often the most commercial outcome is not running the case at all, so we explore these options with you.
Kristina Fraser
Solicitor & Director
Kristina has over 17 years experience as a solicitor. She established Eleven Legal 8 years ago to provide a “one stop shop” for local families and businesses with their legal matters. Kristina likes to approach legal problems practically and commercially – working out what clients want to achieve is her starting point rather than jumping straight into a legal battle. Everyone knows how expensive Court can be, so Kristina aims to resolve matters before high costs of hearings are incurred.
Kristina has a Master of Laws (specialising in commercial litigation). She has acted for major banks, lenders, companies and individuals in large city law firms and in suburban practices. Kristina has gained a broad range of experience and is well equipped to provide legal solutions across many types of legal matters. Her experience gained as a litigation lawyer, particularly inside courtrooms, gives her a wide range of skills both advising and appearing in Court.
In her spare time, you will find Kristina chasing after her children or a soccer ball.
Ara Kouladjian
Senior Associate
Ara has been admitted as a solicitor since 2018. In that time, he has worked at Eleven Legal assisting clients with his practical approach and is always quick to respond to clients. Ara has attained a Juris Doctor and Bachelor of International Studies, and is passionate about conveyancing, leasing, litigation and estate planning.
Having lived his whole life in the local area, he is well suited to help with needs and issues specific to the local area. In his spare time, you will find Ara on the basketball court.
Nicole Hurst
Solicitor
Nicole joined Eleven Legal in 2020 as a law assistant, and has since completed her studies at Australian Catholic University to attain a Bachelor of Laws (Honours). She was admitted as a solicitor in 2022, and has a keen interest in estate planning and property law.
In her spare time, Nicole enjoys hanging out with her friends and playing with her dog Bowie.
